Forms of payment we accept

We accept credit cards and debit cards. Customers will receive an invoice receipt through Quickbooks for their records. There is also an option to keep their card on file for future convenience, but this is not required to book an appointment.

Depending on the service requested, a deposit may be required to reserve your appointment.

Gratuity

Tips are not required but are always appreciated. If you would like to leave a tip, you can do so after the remaining balance of your invoice is paid.

Nevermore Cleaning & Junk Removal is a full-service company specializing in commercial cleaning, lawn care, and junk removal. We are proudly owned and operated by Errol Watson and Mel Burman. Our business is fully insured with a $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance policy for your peace of mind.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

72 Hour Service Guarantee

We stand by our work with a 72-hour service guarantee, ensuring your satisfaction with the job completed.

Nevermore Cleaning & Junk Removal will take care of all items except the following.

Hazardous Waste- any solid, liquid or gaseous substance that is regulated as hazardous by state or federal law as well as items infested with bugs

Items that include refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners. A licensed technician must first empty the appliance of Freon and tag it as safe before we can pick it up.

Junk Removal Services-

You don’t need to be present for the appointment. However, if items need to be removed from inside the premises or a gated area, please provide access instructions beforehand so we can ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Move In & Out Cleaning Services-

You don't have to be home during the cleaning! However, we do need access to the property to get started. You can either provide us with a lockbox, door code, or meet us in person to let us in. If you prefer, you can leave the property while we work, and we’ll take care of everything. Just let us know how you'd like to arrange access, and we'll make it easy for you!

Nevermore Cleaning & Junk Removal brings all the necessary supplies and equipment to get the job done, unless you'd prefer us to use your own. From start to finish, we handle everything with professionalism and reliability, ensuring your property is treated with the utmost care.
